These terms cover sarathiai.co.in and the products and services described here. SARATHI AI is a sole proprietorship in India. Product-specific checkout terms and written service agreements also apply where relevant.

Website and enquiries

The website explains our products, books and services. You may browse and contact us for legitimate purposes. A project enquiry does not create a contract, delivery commitment or fixed price. Scope, fees, timing and ownership for custom work are agreed separately in writing.

Third-party stores

Digital products and books linked here may be sold by external stores. The checkout shows final price, taxes, delivery and purchase or refund rules before payment. Those providers handle payment details. For product questions, contact support@sarathiai.co.in.

QuoteGuard for Windows

QuoteGuard offers a free demo with sample documents. A paid activation, when available, unlocks your own files for the stated license term and device limit. The launch offer is one PC for 12 months after a single payment, with no automatic renewal. Checkout shows price and taxes. Activation and periodic validity checks require a network connection as explained in the QuoteGuard Privacy Policy.

QuoteGuard extracts and compares document lines to help a human reviewer. OCR and automated findings can be incomplete or wrong, especially with scans or complex layouts. You are responsible for checking source documents, deciding what to approve and retaining reports you need. You must have the right to process documents you import.

Availability and changes

We may update the website and software to fix defects, improve security and change features. We will describe material changes affecting paid use. If a product is in pre-launch or review, its public download or checkout may not be available.

Intellectual property and permitted use

SARATHI AI and its licensors retain rights in the website, software and original content. A purchase grants the usage rights stated with that product; it does not transfer ownership of the software or trademarks. Do not distribute a license key, bypass license controls or use the site or app unlawfully.

Support, refunds and law

Contact support@sarathiai.co.in with product name and order reference for assistance. Refund requests follow the applicable checkout provider's terms and mandatory consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in your location. Questions may be sent to founder@sarathiai.co.in.
