OCR accuracy depends on source quality and layout. A person must check uncertain results against the original document. Use structured CSV/XLSX when extraction is unreliable. QuoteGuard does not make the final purchasing decision.

It can attempt OCR on supported PDFs and images. Accuracy depends on legibility and layout. Review extracted lines or provide CSV/XLSX.
Does it replace a reviewer?
No. It highlights findings and records decisions; a person makes the final decision.
