QuoteGuard Privacy Policy

This policy applies to SARATHI AI QuoteGuard for Windows, including its free demo and paid activation. SARATHI AI, a sole proprietorship in India, is the publisher. The website Privacy Policy describes website visits and enquiries.

Documents and comparison data

QuoteGuard accesses RFQs, quotations and supported PDF, image, CSV or XLSX files you select. Its local interface runs at 127.0.0.1 on your PC. Extraction, OCR, comparison results and reviewer decisions are processed locally. QuoteGuard does not automatically upload documents or their contents to SARATHI AI, Lemon Squeezy or another cloud document service. The app has no customer-document cloud account or database. PDF and CSV reports are saved when you export them to a location you choose.

License data and network checks

If you enter a paid license key, QuoteGuard sends that key and an opaque identifier for your PC to Lemon Squeezy's license service to activate and periodically check validity and expiry during paid use. These requests do not include RFQs, quotations, extracted lines or reports. The key and activation information are stored locally on your PC. Lemon Squeezy processes license-service data under its own privacy terms.

Purchases and support

When paid sales are available, Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, payment, receipts and license delivery. SARATHI AI may receive order and contact details needed for support and license administration. If you email us, we use the information you send to respond. Do not send confidential RFQs or quotations unless you have permission and we ask for them. QuoteGuard does not include app telemetry or an advertising tracker.

Storage, security and sharing

Your working documents and exported reports remain on your PC, under your device and file security settings. The local interface is bound to the loopback address; it is not a cloud document portal. We use Lemon Squeezy for paid license and purchase services and our email provider for support. We may disclose order or support information when legally required. We do not sell document contents to advertisers. Purchase and support records are retained as needed for support, licensing and applicable recordkeeping duties.

Your controls and contact

You choose files to open and where to save reports. You can delete exported reports from your PC and stop using or uninstall QuoteGuard. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information we hold about a purchase or support request, subject to identity verification and legal retention duties. Email support@sarathiai.co.in.
