Website visits

Our hosting and security providers may process technical requests such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and access time to deliver the site, prevent abuse and diagnose problems. The hosting provider may use security cookies. Browsing does not require an account. The website code does not include an advertising tracker.

Enquiries and support

The project-enquiry form opens a draft in your own email app; it does not submit the form to a website database. If you send the email, we receive the name, address, message and anything else you include. We use this to respond, discuss a project or provide support. Please do not send confidential documents unless we ask and you have permission to share them.

Products and purchases

Our site links to third-party stores for digital products and books. Those stores handle checkout and payment data under their policies. When QuoteGuard sales are available, Lemon Squeezy may handle payment, receipts and license delivery. SARATHI AI may receive order and contact details needed for support and licensing. We use hosting, email and payment or storefront providers to operate the relevant service. We share information with them for that purpose or when legally required. We keep those records as needed for support and applicable recordkeeping duties. You control copies of emails and files on your own device.
